Complaints Procedure

We strive to find a solution together with you. If this is not possible, it's good to know that you can make use of the complaints procedure of the KNMT, to which we are affiliated. The complaints procedure of this dental professional association complies with the requirements set forth in the Healthcare Quality, Complaints, and Disputes Act (Wkkgz) for every healthcare provider. The KNMT can mediate or proceed with a formal handling of your complaint and provide an assessment. The KNMT complaints procedure is free of charge.
